Years after Ray Breslin (Sylvester Stallone) broke out of "The Tomb," he now manages an elite security force. The story kicks off when his top operative and Wing Chun master, (Huang Xiaoming), is kidnapped and thrown into HADES , an ever-shifting, computerized prison where inmates are forced to fight like beasts.

The film features a mix of returning legends and international stars: as Ray Breslin. Huang Xiaoming as Shu Ren, the film's primary protagonist. Dave Bautista as Trent DeRosa.
