Long-press the Mute + Settings buttons simultaneously until the "Dealer Mode" menu appears.

Select the Software Version tab. If the system recognizes the MD-0820 files on your USB, the "Update" button will become active.

On your car's touchscreen, go to Settings > System Settings > System Info . The first four characters of your system version are your "Model Code".

The update process takes approximately 10–25 minutes. The screen may turn black or reboot several times; do not remove the USB until the final completion message appears.

Official firmware updates are typically distributed through the Suzuki Global Infotainment System Portal or authorized dealer management systems.

Plug the drive into the vehicle's primary USB port while the ignition is on.
