Press MANUAL , type the channel number (1–20), and press MANUAL again.
You can set Channel 1 as a "Priority" channel. Press the PRI button, and the scanner will check Channel 1 every two seconds, even if it is currently listening to another frequency. Ensure the Squelch is not turned too far
Ensure the BNC antenna is securely attached to the top jack.
